What we collect

If you use the quote form on our contact page, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the message you write about your project.

When you load a page, your browser also sends technical information such as your IP address to the host of this website, and to Google when the site’s fonts are loaded. We do not use that information to identify you.

Why

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to take steps you ask for before a contract for renovation or development work. The lawful bases are our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and quotes, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as far as we need to run this website and reply to you:

Vercel, which hosts the website.
Web3Forms, which receives the quote form and sends it to us.
Google, which supplies the fonts used on these pages. Your browser requests those font files from Google, so Google receives your IP address.

Some of these providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where they do, they do so under appropriate safeguards.

Links to Facebook and Instagram leave this website. Those services have their own privacy notices.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 2 years, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it in certain cases (objection).

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
